Our client, an extremely reputable and well-known organisation is seeking an exceptional Ground Transport Supervisor.

Acting at the forefront of a major transport hub, you will see yourself responsible for but not limited to the following duties:

Providing efficient and effective parking services
Ensuring ground transport services operate efficiently and effectively
Adhering to departmental, company and DOTARS policies and procedures
Ensuring staff perform their duties in a proficient and professional manner
Complying with all occupational health and safety principles
Handling cash and reconciling discrepancies

As the successful applicant, you will possess self-awareness, integrity and a high degree of professionalism. Your excellent communications skills, ability to multi-task and work to strict timelines to deliver business outcomes will see you thrive in this role.

You must have demonstrated experience in a supervisory position that included staff scheduling duties for a large number of people. Previous customer service business experience with proven ability to deliver service improvements is essential.

Knowledge of airport and parking regulations are considered highly desirable.

It is also required that you hold a current Western Australian 'C' class drivers licence, have intermediate computer skills and be ASIC cleared.

Shifts are Monday to Friday and may rotate between 06:00-14:00 and 15:00-23:00. This is an operational environment where overtime will occasionally be required.

This is a 12 month contract role, offering an immediate start. Training will be provided.
