Our client is well known for providing safe and reliable onsite and offsite support services to a range of companies across Australia, particularly those operating in the coal, metals, minerals and steel industries.

After the recent win of a new contract located in Pilbara region they are currently seeking experienced load and haul supervisors. You will be working a 2:1 roster consisting of both day and night shift.

If successful in this role you will be offered a permanent position on a new contract within a large national company and a top salary. Career development will be available for the right candidate.

In this role your duties will include but not limited to:
* Lead, oversee and coordinate operation, employees and mobile plant resources
* Coordinate daily tasks in iron ore haulage in order to ensure a quality service is provided to the client
* Assist the Profit Centre Manager and Operations Manager with weekly Profit and Loss reporting
* Follow up and provide support to Operations to ensure that all tasks and paperwork is completed accurately and on time
* To reinforce knowledge of and compliance with OHS Act and other relevant regulations

To be considered for this role you must possess the following:
* Minimum of 3-4 years experience in a simular role with an extensive knowledge of the heavy transport industry
* MC license
* Experience in operating a variety of heavy machinery
* Computer skills with experience in using MS Office including word and excel
* Sound finical skills with the ability to complete a profit and loss report
* Working knowledge of OHS legislation and practises
