Our client is well known for providing safe and reliable onsite and offsite support services to a range of companies across Australia, particularly those operating in the coal, metals, minerals and steel industries.

After the recent win of a new contract located in Pilbara region they are currently seeking experienced load and haul leading hands. You will be working a 2:1 roster consisting of both day and night shift.

If successful in this role you will be offered a permanent position on a new contract within a large national company and a top salary. Career development will be available for the right candidate.

Your duties will include but not be limited to:
* Coordinate daily tasks in haulage and stockpile management
* Assessing the driving and operating skills of all drivers and identify training requirements
* To ensure that all work and tasks are conducted in a safe manner
* Operate mobile plant and equipment on shift
* Follow up and provide support to Operations to ensure that all tasks and paperwork is completed accurately and on time

To be considered for this role you must possess the following:
* Minimum of 2 years experience in a simular role
* MC License
* Experience operating a minimum of double road trains and side tippers and;
* Previous mining or off road experience
* Frontend Loader Ticket
* Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (or equivalent)
* Safety minded
