Job Description Having traded in Australia for several years they're targeting ambitious organic growth and that's where you'll play your part. You'll be tasked with developing and then delivering annual plans to achieve territory sales goals and customer satisfaction targets. Key focuses will included managing their distribution partner and driving performance; the ongoing development of key enduser clients and acquisition of new clients; working closely with the product and installation teams to ensure customer expectations are delivered; and working closely with the Sales Director and product teams to deliver the Australian strategic plan. The Successful Applicant You'll be on the way up in your career - probably 3 or so years into your current role as an Account or Business Development Manager - and ready for the next challenge. Exposure to a technical or industrial product set is a pre-requisite, additionally sales and account management experience across distribution partners and / or enduser clients would be viewed very favourably. Given the autonomous nature of the role, a high level of drive and resilience is key, in addition the successful candidate will have a high degree of commercial acumen and entrepreneurial spirit to deliver our clients growth plans.
