Position
An exciting opportunity is now available to build and mentor their commercial sales team. In this pivotal role you will facilitate the growth and development of each member of the team by formulating a personal plan so ensure the continuation of their success. Being given total autonomy and all the tools to succeed including reporting, analysis and CRM systems, you will have the freedom to structure the division to your style. You will also be responsible for the devlopment of major new business and key accounts.
Candidate
To be successful in this role you will either come from many years of print sales experience or come from a similar role. Essential to the role is your ability to motivate and inspire people to achieve maximum results. You are firm but fair in your style and you have strong organisational skills.
