You will be working for a dynamic company at the forefront of animal nutrition. You will be taking on a senior management role and therefore will need to have a strong background in this industry and within sales. There will be brand management angles to this role also so some exposure to marketing and advertising would be a great string to have to your bow.

Team leadership and management will also be a very important component of this position. You will have to have had experience in effectively running a sales team. Sales training, completing reports, employee placement, conflict resolution and sales profitability will all be encompassed by this role.

You will preferably be from an agricultural background and empathise with your rural stakeholders. You will need to develop strong relationships with key accounts and therefore this background will prove to be beneficial. This position will be based in the South East Region of QLD.

You will need to be a highly motivated individual with strong presentation and communication skills as you will often be the name and face of the organisation. These qualities combined with superb leadership, and the relevant tertiary qualifications in animal nutrition will have you very well qualified for this senior management position.
