Job Description Reporting to the Sales Director, you will have full responsibility for the leadership of the field sales team nationally. Working closely with the national accounts team, you will drive sales execution at store level, deliver high levels of customer service and promote a culture of maximising every opportunity. As the business undergoes a period of significant change and transformation, you will be charged with promoting and driving this change within the Sales team. The Successful Applicant A highly motivated and energetic individual, you will have a proven track record in senior field sales management roles. Ideally, you will have prior change management experience and thrive in a fast paced environment. You will ideally have built your career to date in a major FMCG organisation and the opportunity to be part of a rapidly growing, dynamic organisation will be of major interest.
