2evolve is an Australian leader in the fundraising arena and we are growing!! In the last year we've doubled our number of clients due to the amazing successes of our fundraising programs - but there is more work to be done! As we look towards expanding our business into international markets. As a result of our continued growth we want a new business development officer to help further develop our client base by researching and sourcing potential clients in Australia, New Zealand and Canada, for our company. Because of the different time zones there may be days where you would be required to start earlier in the morning. Start as soon as possible! What are we looking for? The ideal candidate will have: - Experience in establishing relationships and building rapport with clients/customers
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding targets
- High levels of self motivation
- Exceptional organisational skills
- Excellent telephone etiquette
- Strong research and analytical skills
Previous experience in sales or recruitment is ideal but not essential
This role does not involve face to face interaction with clients
