Project Team Assistant
$50000 (pa)

We are seeking an extraordinary Team Assistant to support a busy project team of an International Organisation located in Adelaide's CBD.

This role is very challenging and requires someone who can think outside the square whilst running a million miles an hour!

Key duties and responsibilities include

  • Travel requirements and accommodation
  • Diary management
  • Catering and preparing meeting rooms
  • Manage department meeting schedules and record and distribute minutes as required.
  • Prepare confidential documents for distribution.
  • PowerPoint Presentations
  • Receive visitors and identify priorities and the level of urgency of unscheduled visitors.
  • AMEX reconciliations
  • General data entry of reports
  • Filing and ordering of stationary
  • General day to day support to the project team
The successful applicant will have outstanding interpersonal skills and experience in dealing with Senior Management.
You will also display excellent customer services skills both face to face and over the phone.
We are seeking a confident communicator who is well presented with a high level of imitative, patience, enthusiasm, drive and energy.

A typing speed of 60 wpm, a high level of computer literacy in MS Word and Excel are essential along with strong attention to details along with exemplary planning and time management skills.

Most importantly is the ability to work with different personalities and cultures, a high degree of adaptability and mature work ethic.
