Job Description Reporting to the National Marketing Manager - Customer & Catalogue you will be responsible for the creation of an activation strategy for the organisation's back catalogue of products. The strategy will be based on a thorough exploration of the market place including market data, retailer strategy, competitor strategy, consumer and shopper research and the in-store environment.
You will also be responsible for driving and understanding of consumer and shopper behaviour within the marketing team and ensuring that it's included in decision making in relation to campaign creation, customer activations and media deployment. The Successful Applicant To be considered for this role you will have experience working in a retail environment in a similar role. A strong numerical reasoning, analytical thinking and comprehension is a MUST for this role.
