Your prime responsibilities will include managing telephone and written enquiries and requests from advisers, financial planners and clients. You will be required to proactively build and manage relationships through the provision of information relating to the performance, research and benefit of products, alteration of policies, methods of payment, complaint handling, policy cancellation and withdrawals.

The ideal candidates will posses the following skills and attributes:

• Wealth management experience
• RG146 compliance
• Client and Adviser service experience
• Superior communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills
• Excellent problem solving skills
• Determination and motivation to succeed in the financial services industry
