| My client a well know Government organisation is currently looking for an experienced Instructional Designer to design and develop a range of training and support tools The main focus of the work will include the following; - The design of classroom training courses, virtual classroom courses, workbooks and a variety of instructional material such as Quick Reference Guides
- To work with Business Analysts to determine and verify system steps and processes
- Identify links between the systems and business process
In order to be considered for the position you will have: - Strong experience in the design and development of training materials
- 3 years + experience in documenting system steps for complex IT systems
- Experience working within large scale IT projects
- Experience in the desing and development of a variety of learning material including virtual classrooms and online materials
- Minimum Certificate IV in Workplace Assessment
