An exciting opportunity is now available for an experienced Sales Operations Representative/Buyer to join this international IT solutions and product Supply Company on a permanent basis. You will be responsible for carrying out operational tasks for designated vendors and identifying opportunities to increase profit and reduce transactional costs. Your main duties will consist of but not limited to - Process and create all Consignment Sales Orders
- Action change of configuration requests
- Create and place back-to-back PO's to vendors from Sales Orders - Special Pricing Bundles, licensing etc
- Process and create all customer reservation requests
- Process and create all pre-buy requests
- Place stock orders to fulfil backorders
The ideal candidate will demonstrate the following experience and attributes: - At least 3 years experience in a similar role
- Previous experience in IT distribution would be preferred, however not mandatory
- Ability to work autonomously and with minimum supervision
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Excellent communication skills
