ROLE - Due to aggressive growth plans for 2010, this company is currently looking for a Business Development Manager for an immediate start.
- As the BDM, it will be your responsibility to go out and seek new business via cold calling, appointments, marketing activities, presentations etc.
- You will have an annual revenue target to meet, and you will be reporting to the General Manager of Sales.
- An average size deal here is anywhere from $50k-$100k and can take anything from 2-3 months up to a year for the larger organisations.
- Typically you will be targeting HR Managers, Marketing Managers, IT Managers and whilst it is not a overly complex sell - it will all come down to your relationship building skills.
CANDIDATE To be successful in your application, you must: -Have a min of 3-5 years exp selling web based technology -Be able to demonstrate a track record of hitting targets -Have the hunger to perform at a fast paced new business focused role -CMS sales exp is a big advantage but not a must REWARDS The successful candidate will receive a base salary of $80,000-$100,000 plus super with an uncapped OTE of $150,000.
