This well established accounting and professional advisory organisation requires an experienced Deskside Support Team Leader to lead the local Deskside support team. You will be responsible for providing efficient and effective support for offices located in Brisbane and Gold Coast on a wide variety of desktop and system products. You will have the following skills and experience:- - 1-2 years experience in leading a small team of technicians, preferably within a corporate environment.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills.
- Experience liaising with other state team leaders to work on improving the service provided by the Deskside teams,
- Strong ability to build relationships with the local business to ensure all needs/requirements are captured and if necessary escalate to the Deskside Service Delivery Manager
Managed and coordinated an on-call roster - A vast knowledge of connectivity, cabling infrastructure and installation/configuration of desktop computers and printers.
- Experience with Remedy Action Request System or Nortel would be advantageous.
- An MCP qualification in Windows XP/Vista is preferred
- ITIL certification and experience working in an environment based on ITIL foundations is essential.
