The Role The role of Clinical Care Coordinator (CCC) is chiefly concerned with coordinating all aspects of the clinical care at the facility & ensuring the delivery of resident care according to individual care plans & documented policies & procedures. You will coordinate care staff & liaise with senior management to ensure that the clinical care is delivered in accordance with our clients industry leading standards. • Flexible working hours| Close to public transport

The people we look for The ideal candidate will be an RN DIV 1 & will have had experience at a senior level. They will be able to exhibit a proven track record of success in similar positions. - Proven experience as a clinical manager in aged care
- Adaptive approach to your work
- AHPRA - Nurse registration essential
- Devise, and implement policies/procedures in practice
- Cert 1V TAA preferable
- Australian Permanent Residency/Citizenship
