This company is a leading manufacturer of a broad range of electrical engineering technology and has a mature execution & delivery team nationally. The Medium Voltage business has been the most profitable division for the company in recent years and has attracted major projects in the Oil & Gas (CSG) and Mining & Minerals markets.
Position
Within this role you will lead a team of experienced Project Managers as well as directly overseeing delivery of projects focused on Medium Voltage switchgear and switchrooms. Working closely with large Engineering service providers and end clients in the target verticals you will form strong strategic relationships to ensure best practise around delivery.
Candidates of interest - A strong knowledge of delivery and execution practises for industrial projects
- Experience in Electrical Transmission or Distribution is ideal but not essential
- Relevant experience in a senior Project Management role working in engineering or technology based industry
- Innovative leader with ability to motivate a team and provide new concepts and best practise ideas for delivery and developing strategic client relationships
Your reward

The salary on offer to attract person for this role remains reasonably flexible. Overall package of base & super, car allowance and performance bonus will be circa $170K - $190K.
