In order to support significant recent growth within the WA division of the business, applications for the role of Process Engineer are being accepted from recent graduates looking to take the next step in their careers.

Reporting to the General Manager of Manufacturing, the lucky successful candidate will be responsible for achieving consistent safe and effective processes while ensuring the efficiency of the expanding world class manufacturing plant in Kwinana, Perth

Key responsibilities include:

* Project management & design
* Engineering and technical support to maintenance and production personnel
* Process improvement & cost reduction strategy implementation
* Plan for and consistently meet budget related projet targets & timelines
* Actively contribute towards the company's overall safety objective whilst  educating others on the importance of OH&S

To be considered for this role, the minimum requirements are as follows:

* Engineering Degree - Mechanical/Production
* Knowledge of design codes and industry standards
* Excellent computer skills
* High level written and verbal communication skills
* Strong demonstrable problem solving skills

Candidates who display a keen desire for personal development & a long term career with the company will be regarded favourably. Strong leadership skills and the ability to mentor / train others is also advantageous to your application.
