Customer Service Officer / Data Entry

This well renown company is looking for an experienced customer service officer to join their fast paced environment and their busy team.

Your duties will be but not limited to:

  • Processing orders
  • High volume inbound calls
  • Liaising with both internal and external clients and
  • Ad hoc duties

To be successful for this position, we are looking for someone who has had experience in a similar capacity and who will have:

  • A strong customer service background
  • Min 10,000 ksph
  • Strong computer skills
  • Ability to meet deadlines
  • Attention to detail and a
  • Can do attitude and a self motivator
  • Excellent communication skills
