A leading Engineering Company based in Perth who has built up a solid customers based. Having consistently picking up packages of work over the years, they are in need of maintaining and improving the process. We are currently looking for immediate expertise a Business Improvement Officer / Analyst in a senior position with strong quality and managing knowledge to join their organisation in order to assist in the maintenance, implementation and optimisation of the current systems. As the Business Improvement Officer / Analyst (Senior), your responsibilities will include but not limited to - Drive change and continuous improvement and innovation.
- Maintain positive relationship with fellow employees.
- Building and sharing the knowledge and information gained.
- Data analysis and forecasting.
- Monitoring and Reporting performance and financial.
- Empowering staff in the operations.
In order to be considered, the successful Business Improvement Officer / Analyst (Senior) should posses: - Solid experience in analysing datas.
- Strong knowledge in business improvements processes and auditing and financial methodologies.
- Well developed written and verbal skills.
- Strong communication skills.
- Past experience in the Engineering industry is essential.
- Related experience of a minimum of 7 years.
- An Australian Citizenship or and Australian Permanent Residency Visa.
