We are seeking experienced Customer Service professionals with fluent written and verbal Polish & English communication skills. As a key team member you will liaise directly with customers via phone/email, solve problems and queries, translate documents into/from English, manage player accounts, process payments, resolve technical issues and highlight special offers and system improvements. To join this winning team you must have first rate customer service skills and a stable work history. Permanent Residents / Australian Citizens only please as this is a full time permanent role. Shifts are based on 4 days on, 2 days off (incl. weekends and public holidays, no night shifts).
