You would be responsible for taking quotes and orders, answering customer calls, giving technical information on products, and using your strong customer service skills to add value and process orders. Many of our clients have been in business for many years; they have a strong market share and reputation, and look for the right people who can step up in the organisation.
 
To be successful in Internal Sales, you should have strong previous experience in the same type of role, know your way around a computer, be very customer service driven, well organised and have the attention to detail to get things right the first time. What's more, you should be a definite team player, be able to talk to all types of people and be flexible to help out where required.
