Inbound Customer Service Consultants

A unique opportunity has arisen to work for a Global Call Centre and be part of an exciting new product for Victorians.

In this position you will be required to offer detailed information, educate the customer on the new procedures and additional services available. As part of your customer service delivery you will be taking inbound calls as well as responding to the customer's email enquiries.

To be successful in this role, it is essential you possess the following skills and experience:

  • Experience in a call centre and customer service environment
  • Experience in working in a customer focused and administrative environment
  • Strong communication skills both verbal and written
  • Ability to effectively handle customer complaints
  • Sound problem solving skills
  • An ability to work autonomously and in a team
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Professionalism and a mature approach to your work
  • Flexibility to work a rotating roster between 6am to midnight, 7 days a week

This is a casual position and you will be required to work a rotating roster between 6am to midnight, 7 days a week. A high level of flexibility to work these hours is essential. You will be employed in a Casual Contract (likely to be working up to 35 paid hours per week).
