IPA are currently seeking experienced phone surveyors for this Government based Department located in Braddon. Working within a team of friendly yet professional team members your role will be a combination of customer service and admin based work. Your responsibilities will include: - Collecting and recording data information related to survery responses
- Fielding enquiries and conducting phone interviews/surveys
- Opening and sorting returned mail surveys
- Administration support as directed by the Supervisor
The successful application wil have proven experience within a similar work environment. You will be highly motivated, show initiative and possess excellent communication skills.
