Our client, a large Government Agency is currently seeking the services of friendly Customer Liaison Assistants (casual position) to meet and greet customers, and undertake a range of customer related duties in various locations. Successful candidates will be required to work between the Tweed Heads, Brunswick Heads and Murwillumbah offices as required, although regular shifts at regular locations will be rostered. Operating as a member of a team the Customer Liaison Assistant (CLA) will be responsible for providing a quality customer experience, resulting in outcomes for customers in line with government policy. To be successful in this role we require candidates who meet the following criteria: - strong face to face customer service skills, and the ability to display empathy;
- confidence using the Internet and computer software packages;
- willingness to undertake processing duties eg. basic administrative tasks;
- demonstrated flexibility and adaptability.
Comprehensive training will be provided. Applicants must be Australian Citizens, successfully complete a police records clearance and a driver's licence is essential as this role requires flexibility between the three regional offices as business needs dictate. Customer Liaison Assistants will commence at the APS2 level and successful candidates will be required from Monday to Friday. The Customer Service Centres are open from 8.00am - 5.00pm and flexibility within these hours is required. The positions are casual and hours are flexible but it is expected that you will be rostered for approximately 15-25 hours per week.
