Your day will fly, handling outbound and inbound calls providing customer service and product solutions, as well as seeking opportunities to upsell and cross sell a broad range of telco products and services.

You will ideally have:

??? Previous Customer Service and/or Sales experience

??? Experience working in a contact centre and dialler environment

??? A desire to deliver excellent customer service

??? Excellent communication skills

??? Strong computer skills

This position is due to commence in April.. You will be flexible to work on a rotating roster between 8am - 8pm, Monday - Friday. Full time comprehensive training will also be provided.

You MUST hold Permanent Residency or Australian Citizenship in order to be considered for this position.
