You will be providing superior customer service to a selection of National Account customers via phone and email, attending to queries and work requests, liaising with Branches and other service providers. Placing orders and subsequent follow up with subcontractors and other relevant parties, maintaining work and customer records in the database is also part of the role.

You must have:

- OWN TRANSPORT!!!!!
- Minimum 2 years experience in a Call Centre environment
- Strong planning skills
- Processing sales requests into the system
- A professional telephone manner
- Ability to work under pressure
- Intermediate computer skills
- Team Player
