This exciting career opportunity to join a growing independent and privately owned Australian company providing a wide range of products to the dental, medical and consumer markets.

You will enjoy interaction with a variety of customers from around the country and overseas taking responsibility for the orders/enquiries via the telephone, fax and email with regard to price, stock availability

As first point of contact you will be responsible for

• Providing superior customer service to healthcare professionals, distributors and suppliers
• Problem solving, order tracking and updating the database information
• Liaising with all company departments including sales, marketing, logistics and accounts
• Keeping clients notified of backorders

To be considered for this role you should have

• Previous customer service experience in Dental/Medical and or FMCG
• Superior communication skills
• Accurate data entry
• A proven track record in resolving client issues
• Intermediate MS Word and MS Excel
• Exposure to SAP, Oracle or similar databses for order entry and tracking
• Basic knowledge of accouts highly desirable.
