Working as the Customer Service / Order Entry Officer your role will be varied and will include:

  • Inbound customer queries
  • Processing and following up customer orders
  • General administration
  • Other ad hoc duties as required

  • Proven call centre experience
  • Fast and accurate data entry speeds
  • Excellent communication skills
  • High attention to detail
