We are seeking a bubbly and personable passionate shopper demonstrate fantastic administration skills to join our client's team as the Operations Administration Assistant. Working with one of Canberra's most known trademarks you will be response for the administration support and financial management to the Operations department. Utilising your admin skills your main day to day duties will include:
- Administration, secretarial and OH&S duties of the operations department
- Oversee, supervise, implement, record and report OH&S policies and procedures
- Coordinate induction documentation and administration
- Tender preparation
- Maintain contractor database including contact details, after hours contacts and insurances
- Incident documentation recording
- Generate purchase orders and match off invoices
- Schedule monthly contractor meetings include minute taking
- Conduct administration reviews
To apply for this great opportunity you will ideally have an understanding of operations or express an interest into this field. You will demonstrate prior administration skills and be confident in your ability to act as the only administrator for a team. OH&S experience will be well regarded.
