Our client is looking for a motivated Conference Coordinator to join their dynamic and fun team.

In this fast paced role your duties will include, but are not restricted to:
Liaising with clients and assisting with queries
Ensuring the registration process runs smoothly
Creating and maintaining event databases
Liaise with IT to set up and test online registration pages
Banking and account reconciliation for events
Handling delegate enquiries
Coordinating mail outs
Liaise with the Pre Event Team to ensure deadlines are met
Training casual onsite staff at events
Coordinate packing sheets for onsite
Ensure all invoicing is up to date and filing completed for each event
To be considered for this role:
