Assistant Customer Liaison Officer required
Our local client is seeking a motivated, customer service focussed individual for the position of Assistant Customer Liaison Officer.
The successful candidate will possess the following skills: ??? Excellent communication ??? Knowledge administrative/office skills ??? Good computer literacy/technology skills And ideally: ??? Motivation to develop work related skills and to attend external training; ??? Initiative and self management skills (to balance work, extra curricular activities and training commitments
Job Requirements: To work under close supervision to conduct administrative and operational tasks within the office to ensure maximum efficiency in service delivery. In addition you will develop valuable skills and experience via the performance of routine tasks, observations across the office and undertaking formal and informal training.
Your responsibilities may include: ??? Beginner-level use of office technology, and routine user maintenance of office equipment ??? Administrative tasks such as filing, mail duties including registering incoming correspondence, photocopying, straightforward data processing and maintaining records ??? Document correspondence and interactions via appropriate methods/systems ??? Dealing with enquiries from customers and members of the public ??? Working collaboratively to provide assistance to various other employees
This is a Monday - Friday position with the potential to lead to bigger and better things for the right person.
