Supporting the Director of Procurement you will be reponsible for:- - Undertaking a leading role in the preparation of tender evaluation documents for assigned projects
- Receive and record tender submissions
- Liaise with Contract Officers and other internal and external contacts updates on submissions
- Record and distribute minutes from meetings
- Filing, document control and archiving on completion
To be successful in this role you will posses:- - Administration experience, preferably with tender and procurement processes
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to manage and variable workload
- Working to tight deadlines
- Ability to contribute as a team member
- Advanced skills of Outlook, Word and Excel
