Reconciliation Officer

We are an ASX listed company and operate a network of 65 offices across Australia and New Zealand currently employing 850 staff, approximately 2,000 permanent field staff and 14,000 on hired employees.

We are currently looking a recruiting 2 reconciliation officers to work within our credit department for a period of 2 months. In this role you will be reconciling one of our largest supplier accounts. To be considered for the role you will have working experience of major account reconciliation, balancing aged accounts, investigating over-payments and short-payments of invoices and reconciling payment allocations of consolidated invoices. You have excellent customer services skills, advance knowledge of excel and the ability to work as part of a team.
