An exciting opportunity within a large retail organisation with a track record of positive growth.
Centralisation of the national credit team has created several opportunities for experienced credit professionals to work within Head Office based in the CBD. Working in a team of 10, you will manage your own portfolio of accounts, working with reasonable autonomy to achieve outcomes favourable to both your employer and their customer base. You will deal with a broad range of customers; from SME to corporate; and will be able to demonstrate your natural ability to deal with scenarios in a case by case, objective manner.
A pre-requisite is at least 3 years experience in a credit control or collections role, ideally with exposure to both consumer and commercial credit. You will thrive on being on the telephone, dealing with queries and resolving problems.
