There is now a need to add a layer of management in the finance department with the employment of a Finance Manager. The Finance Manager will work very closely with the Chief Financial Officer and will manage the small but productive team. You will be tasked with getting the processes and policies developed and put in place. You will take control of the day to day running of the finance team. You will be heavily involved in the financial and management accounting of the business as well as providing the business with analysis of operations and cash flows. You will ideally be CPA/CA qualified and be happy to get your hands dirty. For this hard work you will be rewarded with the possible promotion to Financial Controller in 12 months.
